This Privacy Policy explains how the application processes data when businesses connect their Google Calendar to the PR8 appointment reminder system.

Information We Access from Google

When a user authorizes the application with Google OAuth, the application may access the following Google Calendar data:

This access is used solely to identify scheduled appointments and automate appointment reminders.

The application may update event metadata, such as the event color (colorId), to indicate appointment confirmation status.

All stored data is automatically deleted within 7 days.

Data is stored using Supabase infrastructure located in the European Union.

The application does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties.

Data is only processed for the purpose of providing the appointment reminder service to the business using the system.

Google user data accessed via the Google Calendar API is used only for providing the core functionality of the application.

We retain Google user data only for as long as necessary to provide the appointment reminder service and for a maximum period of 7 days.

When this retention period expires, the data is automatically deleted from our systems.

Reasonable technical measures are used to protect stored data and limit access to authorized systems.
