These Terms of Service govern the use of the PR8 appointment reminder system operated by Jaka Čibej, Slovenia.
PR8 is a software tool designed for businesses to automate appointment reminders by integrating with Google Calendar.
The system reads calendar event information and may update event metadata (such as event color) to reflect appointment confirmation status.
The service is intended for business use (B2B) by organizations managing appointments.
Users are responsible for ensuring that any contact information used within the system has been lawfully obtained.
Users must authorize the application to access their Google Calendar through Google's OAuth authorization process.
The application only accesses calendar data necessary to operate the reminder system.
Limited appointment information (name, phone number, appointment time) may be temporarily stored to operate the reminder system.
This data is automatically deleted within 7 days.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The operator shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
